Requirements:
- Languages: Proficiency in English
- Education: High school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio
Responsibilities:
- Appointment Management: As a Barber, you’ll play a crucial role in scheduling and organizing appointments efficiently. Your ability to manage bookings effectively will contribute to a seamless experience for our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Precision Haircutting and Trimming: Your skill in executing precise haircuts and trims according to clients’ specific instructions or preferences is paramount. You’ll be entrusted with transforming concepts into reality, crafting hairstyles that match individual styles and preferences.
- Hair Care Expertise: Analyzing the condition of clients’ hair and scalp is essential. You’ll provide basic treatments and offer advice tailored to their unique hair and scalp needs. Your expertise will guide clients toward optimal hair care solutions, enhancing their overall grooming experience.
- Facial Hair Grooming: Beyond haircuts, you’ll be responsible for providing grooming services for beards and mustaches. Your attention to detail will ensure that facial hair styling aligns with clients’ desires, enhancing their overall appearance.
- Coloring and Styling Treatments: Applying coloring, bleaching, tints, dyes, or other styling treatments as requested by clients is part of your role. Your expertise in these treatments will help clients achieve their desired looks, whether it’s adding vibrant colors, highlights, or subtle enhancements.
- Style Recommendations: Your keen eye for aesthetics and understanding of hair dynamics will enable you to suggest suitable hairstyles based on clients’ facial features or preferences. Your recommendations will empower clients to explore new styles that complement their appearance.
