  • To pursue or finish a doctoral degree, you must not hold or have held a doctoral-level scholarship or fellowship from CIHR, NSERC, or SSHRC.

 

  • English is the required language.

 

  • Countries eligible include permanent residents of Canada, Canadian citizens, and foreign citizens.

 

  • You should be pursuing your first doctoral degree (including combination undergraduate/graduate research programs such as MD/PhD, DVM/PhD, and JD/PhD if there is a documented and meaningful research component). How to Apply for the 2023 Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarships (Vanier CGS)
