Job Description

As a Cashier at Circle K Convenience, you will have the opportunity to serve our valued customers and contribute to their positive shopping experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Operating the Cash Register:

• • Skillfully operating the cash register to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Handling various payment methods, including cash, cheques, and credit/debit cards.
  • Ensuring that the correct change is provided to customers.

1. Daily Payment Reconciliation:

• • Calculating the total payments received during your shift and reconciling them with the total sales.
  • Maintaining accurate records of transactions for auditing purposes.

1. Providing Excellent Customer Service:

• • Greeting customers with a warm and friendly demeanour.
  • Assisting customers in finding products and answering their queries.
  • Resolving any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

As a cashier at Circle K Convenience, you can expect to work in a fast-paced environment. The nature of the job requires you to be adaptable, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be standing for extended periods and may need to lift or carry lightweight items occasionally.
